Abstract

This article presents an insider’s overview of the 41st Congress of the European Association of Urology (EAU), written from the perspective of a participant. At the request of the Editorial Board of “Urology Herald”, the review was prepared by Prof. Pavel I. Rasner, MD, Dr.Sc.(Med), Chief Physician of the University Clinic of the Semashko Institute of Clinical Medicine. Drawing on his personal impressions and analysis of the key reports, the author highlights the major advances and emerging trends in contemporary urology. In his view, the congress not only summarized recent achievements but also delineated a clear trajectory for development in the coming years: from digital transformation and risk‑adapted screening programmes to personalized medicine and an integrated approach to male reproductive health. The innovations presented are already reshaping clinical practice, and their wide‑scale implementation promises to bring urological care worldwide to a qualitatively new level.
