Abstract
According to some authors, the men who come to the hospital for infertility, is found in 20-40% of varicocele, ie on average 2 times more often than in the entire male population. In our study we present the results of evaluation of the effectiveness of microsurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy in 52 patients on the background left-hand oligoasthenozoospermia varicocele 2 degrees. Treatment efficacy was assessed by the results of ultrasound of the scrotum and spermogram within 75 days. In the main group oligoasthenozoospermia method of surgical treatment in patients with varicocele grade 2, showed good efficacy. In the control group no significant changes were noted. Microsurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy shown good results in treating patients with oligoastenozospermiey. In particular there was an increase of sperm concentration and motility of sperm viscosity reduction, increased time dilution dynamics. Conservative therapy, complexes of trace elements and antioxidants in patients with oligoasthenozoospermia on the background left-hand varicocele grade 2 showed that there may be a moderate positive changes in mobility, but does not have a positive effect on sperm concentration.

The study conclusions:

1. The study of remote results of treatment of patients with obstructions of the ureter through the stent made of niti showed a positive result in 66% of cases, indicating the effectiveness of this minimally invasive method of treatment.

2. Installation stents of Nickel titanium in the field of vesicoureteral anastomosis after the TOUR can be a method of temporary extended drainage, which requires careful clinical observation and does not constitutea radical method of treatment.

3. The stent for the purpose of removal of obstruction caused by the deviation of the ureter may lead to migration of the stent and requires further research in this direction.

4. When established strictures of ureteral calculi of any localization stent made of niti is the method of choice of effective and minimally invasive treatment, especially in somatically complicated patients.

Abstract
Bladder outlet obstruction due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) remains one of the most common problems of men in the advanced age group. Open prostatectomy for patients with large BPH is still the standard treatment recommended by the European Association of Urology and is performed quiet often. Disadvantages of this method of treatment are significant surgical trauma and high rate of perioperative complications . Laparoscopic modification of simple prostatectomy presents a worthy minimal invasive alternative to open surgical treatment of BPH. From November 2014 to December 2015, laparoscopic adenomectomy was performed for 16 patients. 7 (43.5%) patients had transperitoneal (TP) and 9 (56.25%) patients had extraperitoneal (EP) laparoscopic simple prostatectomy. None of the cases required conversion . All patients were discharged in satisfactory condition with complete restoration of free micturation. Laparoscopic prostatectomy as a method of surgical treatment for BPH can be easily reproducible. It can be adopted as a routine urological practice for large-sized BPH with the aim of minimizing operative trauma and achieving short hospital stay.
