Доброкачественная опухоль придатка яичка: от дифференциальной диагностики к органосохраняющей тактике и сохранению фертильности

Аннотация
Опухоли придатка яичка являются крайне редкой патологией и составляют 0,03% от всех случаев опухолей у мужчин, что, видимо, обусловливает небольшое количество наблюдений, описанных в литературе. В статье представлено клиническое наблюдение, в котором отражены особенности тактики обследования и лечения пациента с доброкачественной опухолью придатка яичка. Приводится обзор литературных данных, посвящённых диагностике и различным вариантам ведения пациентов с данной патологией.
