Опухоли придатка яичка являются крайне редкой патологией и составляют 0,03% от всех случаев опухолей у мужчин, что, видимо, обусловливает небольшое количество наблюдений, описанных в литературе. В статье представлено клиническое наблюдение, в котором отражены особенности тактики обследования и лечения пациента с доброкачественной опухолью придатка яичка. Приводится обзор литературных данных, посвящённых диагностике и различным вариантам ведения пациентов с данной патологией.

Epididymal tumours are exceptionally rare, accounting for just 0.03% of all tumours in men, which likely explains the scarcity of reported cases in the literature. This article presents a clinical case illustrating the diagnostic approach and management of a patient with a benign tumour of the testicular appendage. A review of the literature on the diagnosis and management options for this condition is also provided.
