Лечение камней почек: стандарты и инновации

Аннотация

Мочекаменная болезнь остаётся одним из самых распространённых заболеваний в урологии, а камни почек составляют самую распространённую и актуальную часть этой проблемы. Актуальность темы нефролитиаза и его лечения определяет рост заболеваемости, отмеченный во всем мире, многообразие вариантов лечения с продолжением разработки новой техники. На сегодняшний день определены не все стандарты лечения камней почек различных размеров и локализаций. При этом новые тенденции в лечении могут изменить уже существующие стандарты. В данном литературном обзоре рассмотрены существующие стандарты лечения камней почек. Более подробно анализирована перкутанная нефролитотрипсия с её осложнениями, связанными с инструментами и энергиями, используемыми для разрушения и удаления конкрементов почек. Нами проведён анализ инновационных миниперкутанных техники и тенденций развития чрескожной хирургии нефролитиаза с целью определения их значимости в лечении камней почек.
