ПРОСТАТИТ: ЧТО НОВОГО И ПОЛЕЗНОГО В ФУНДАМЕНТАЛЬНЫХ И КЛИНИЧЕСКИХ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯХ?

Аннотация

В основу данного обзора литературы лег анализ более 600 работ, опубликованных в базе данных Pubmed в период с 2014 по 2016 гг. и посвященных исследованию простатита и синдрома хронической тазовой боли у мужчин. Представлены современные данные по эпидемиологии и патофизиологии хронического простатита/синдрома хронической тазовой боли (ХП/СХТБ). Продемонстрированы возможные взаимосвязи развития заболевания с образом жизни, с уровнем тестостерона крови, с генетическими факторами и с наличием атипических возбудителей (хламидий, гениальной микоплазмы). Ряд исследований показал изменения микробиоты у пациентов с ХП/СХТБ. Определены взаимосвязи ХП/СХТБ и патоспермии, ХП/СХТБ и сексуальной дисфункции. Ряд рассматриваемых работ посвящен фенотипированню пациентов с ХП/СХТБ по системе UPOINT, особенностям антибактериальной терапии в условяих растущей антибиотикорезистентности, возможностям нетрадиционных/немедикаментозных методов лечения и принципам мультимодальной терапии.
