Проанализирован опыт лечения 14 больных, которым была выполнена робот-ассистированная резекция почки с применением фармако-холодовой ишемии. Данное исследование демонстрирует преимущества представленной методики, такие как длительная безопасная ишемия почки, нефронсбережение, минимальная кровопотеря, отсутствие гемотрансфузий, небольшая длительность пребывания пациента в стационаре.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents the results of surgical treatment of 14 patients with renal masses undergone partial nephrectomy on the Da Vinci Si and Da Vinci Xi robotic systems using ‘drug &amp; cold’ ischemia.
