Циркумцизио является одним из наиболее распространённых хирургических вмешательств у мужчин. Программы ВОЗ по снижению заболеваемости ВИЧ привели к созданию различных аппаратных методик, призванных стандартизировать хирургическую технику, сократить время операции и количество осложнений.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Изучить имеющиеся данные об эффективности и безопасности различных методик аппаратного обрезания.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Были проанализированы результаты поиска по научным базам данных eLibrary, PubMed по следующим ключевым словам: «обрезание крайней плоти», «аппаратное обрезание», «фимоз», "circumcision", "circumcision device", "phimosis". Поиск производился независимо от даты и языка публикации. После анализа литературы для обзора отобрано 25 работ, наиболее полно отражающих тему применения аппаратного обрезания.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Аппаратное обрезание позволяет значимо сократить время операции независимо от типа используемого устройства. Аппаратное циркумцизио является безопасным методом лечения, однако может иметь большую частоту нежелательных явлений по сравнению со стандартной техникой обрезания. Использование самосшивающих анастоматов является более предпочтительным по сравнению с кольцевыми устройствами ввиду меньшего количества осложнений, лучшего косметического результата и большей удовлетворённости пациентов. Статья дополнена описанием хирургической техники различных вариантов аппаратного обрезания.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Аппаратное циркумцизио является эффективным и безопасным методом лечения пациентов в амбулаторных условиях, который успешно конкурирует с традиционным обрезанием крайней плоти.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Circumcision is one of the most common surgical procedures for men. WHO programs aimed at reducing HIV transmission have led to the development of various circumcision devices designed to standardize surgical techniques, reduce operating time and the number of complications.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To examine available data on the efficacy and safety of different methods of device-based circumcision.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials &amp; methods</title><p>Materials &amp; methods. The results of a search in scientific databases such as eLibrary and PubMed were analyzed using the keywords: "circumcision", "circumcision device", and "phimosis". The search was conducted without regard to date or language of publication. After reviewing the literature, 25 articles were selected that best reflect the topic of device-assisted circumcision for further analysis.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Device-based circumcision can significantly reduce surgical time, regardless of the type of device used. Device-based circumcision is the safe treatment method; however, it may have a higher incidence of adverse events compared to the standard circumcision technique. The use of self-suturing devices is preferred over ring devices due to fewer complications, better cosmetic results, and greater patient satisfaction. The article is supplemented with a description of the surgical technique of various options for device-based circumcision.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
