Первичный приобретённый крипторхизм — отсутствие яичка в мошонке у мальчика с ранее задокументированным опустившимся яичком. В нашей стране существование подобной патологии отрицается. Однако такое заболевание признано множеством зарубежных ассоциаций урологов.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Проанализировать накопленный научный материал и показать различные точки зрения на некоторые аспекты проблемы первичного приобретённого крипторхизма на основании обзора современной медицинской литературы.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведён обзор литературы в отечественных и иностранных базах данных ФЭМБ (Федеральная электронная медицинская библиотека), eLIBRARY, PubMed за период с 1987 по 2023 годы. Для поиска использовали ключевые слова: «первичный приобретённый крипторхизм», «восхождение яичка», «приобретённое неопущение яичка». Проработаны 1015 источников литературы, в обзор включены 49 работ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Освещены варианты названия (синонимы) первичного приобретённого крипторхизма, определение, эпидемиологические данные. Названы основные взгляды на этиологию процесса и перечислены факторы риска. Раскрыты клиника, диагностика и методы лечения. Показаны результаты лечения и даны рекомендации по диспансерному наблюдению.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Необходимо проведение дальнейших научно-практических исследований для решения оставшихся неясных проблем и информирование врачей нашей страны о существовании данной патологии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Primary acquired cryptorchidism is the absence of a testicle into the scrotum in a boy with a descended testicle previously documented. In our country, the fact that such pathology exists is denied. However, this disease is recognised by many foreign urological associations of urologists.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To analyse the accumulated research material and show different state-of-the-art on some aspects of the problem of primary acquired cryptorchidism based on a review of the modern medical literature.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials &amp; methods</title><p>Materials &amp; methods. Literature review was conducted in domestic and foreign databases: FEMB (Federal Electronic Medical Library), eLIBRARY, PubMed from 1987 to 2023. Keywords were used for the search: primary acquired cryptorchidism, ascending testicle, acquired undescended testicle. One-thousand-fifteen literature sources were reviewed, 49 works were included in the review.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The nomenclature, definition and epidemiological data of primary acquired cryptorchidism are reviewed. The main views on the aetiology of the process are named and risk factors are listed. The clinical symptoms and signs, diagnosis and treatment methods are revealed. Treatment results are shown and follow-up guidelines are given.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
