Распространенность болезни Пейрони, составляет около 10% на 100 тысяч мужского населения .Так как, согласно социологическим опросам 77 % мужчин, страдающих данной болезнью, отмечают ухудшение качества жизни в целом, что связано не только с имеющейся девиацией полового члена, вызывающей эстетическую неудовлетворенность и технические сложности при проведении коитуса, но и сопутствующими расстройствами эрекции, отмечаемыми в 25% -80% случаев. В нашем исследование были включены 24 пациента с болезнью Пейрони, которые разделились на 2 группы по степени болезненности эрекции. В последующем все больные были анкетированы с помощью госпитального опросника тревоги и депрессии, включающего 2 подшкалы тревоги (А) и депрессии (D). При интерпретации данных учитывался суммарный показатель по каждой подшкале (А и D), при этом выделялись 3 области значений: 0-7 баллов норма; 8-10 баллов субклинически выраженная тревога/депрессия; 11 баллов и выше клинически выраженная тревога/депрессия. В результате у пациентов 1 группы со средней интенсивностью боли при эрекции, наблюдалась субклиническая тревожность и депрессия. А у пациентов 2 группы со средней интенсивностью боли при эрекции, наблюдалась клинически выраженная тревожность и депрессия. Таким образом, у пациентов с болезнью Пейрони выявлена депрессия и тревога, имеющая корреляционную зависимость от степени болезненности при эрекции. Выраженная депрессия и тревога, могут быть причиной развития психогенной эректильной дисфункции.

The prevalence of Peyronie's disease is about 10% of the male population of 100 thousand. Since, according to the polls 77% of men suffering from this disease, the deterioration of the quality of life in general, which is connected not only with the existing deviation of the penis, causing an aesthetic dissatisfaction and technical difficulties during coitus, but also the associated erectile dysfunction, according to a 25% -80% of cases. The object of the study were 24 patients with Peyronie's disease. The patients were divided into 2 groups according to the degree painful erections. Subsequently, all patients were survey using the hospital anxiety and depression questionnaire, including two sub-scales of anxiety (A) and depression (D).When interpreting the data, consider the total figure for each subscale (A and D), while the values of the area allocated 3: 0-7 points norm; 8-10 subclinical expressed anxiety / depression; 11 points or more clinically severe anxiety / depression. Group 1 patients with an average intensity of pain during an erection, there was subclinical anxiety and depression. A group 2 patients with an average intensity of pain during an erection, clinically severe anxiety and depression. Patients with Peyronie's disease revealed depression and anxiety, having a correlation dependence of the degree of pain during erection. Severe depression and anxiety, can be the cause of psychogenic erectile dysfunction.
