По данным одних авторов, среди мужчин, обращающихся в лечебное учреждение по поводу бесплодия, у 20-40% обнаруживается варикоцеле, т.е. в среднем в 2 раза чаще, чем во всей мужской популяции.

Материалы и методы. В нашем исследовании отражены результаты оценки эффективности микрохирургической субингвинальной варикоцелэктомии у 52 пациентов с олигоастенозооспермией на фоне левостороннего варикоцеле 2 степени. Эффективность терапии оценивалась по результатам ультразвукового исследования органов мошонки и спермограмм через 75 дней. В основной группе метод хирургического лечения олигоастенозооспермии у пациентов с варикоцеле 2 степени, продемонстрировал хорошую эффективность. В контрольной группе значимые изменения не отмечались. Микрохирургическая субингвинальная варикоцелэктомия показала хорошие результаты в лечении пациентов с олигоастенозоспермией. В частности было отмечено увеличение концентрации сперматозоидов и их подвижности в уменьшения вязкости спермы, увеличение времени разжижения в динамике. Консервативная терапия, комплексами микроэлементов и антиоксидантов пациентов с олигоастенозооспермией на фоне левостороннего варикоцеле 2 степени показала, что возможны умеренные положительные изменения в подвижности, однако не оказывает положительного влияния на концентрацию сперматозоидов.

According to some authors, the men who come to the hospital for infertility, is found in 20-40% of varicocele, ie on average 2 times more often than in the entire male population. In our study we present the results of evaluation of the effectiveness of microsurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy in 52 patients on the background left-hand oligoasthenozoospermia varicocele 2 degrees. Treatment efficacy was assessed by the results of ultrasound of the scrotum and spermogram within 75 days. In the main group oligoasthenozoospermia method of surgical treatment in patients with varicocele grade 2, showed good efficacy. In the control group no significant changes were noted. Microsurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy shown good results in treating patients with oligoastenozospermiey. In particular there was an increase of sperm concentration and motility of sperm viscosity reduction, increased time dilution dynamics. Conservative therapy, complexes of trace elements and antioxidants in patients with oligoasthenozoospermia on the background left-hand varicocele grade 2 showed that there may be a moderate positive changes in mobility, but does not have a positive effect on sperm concentration.
