Распространённость эректильной дисфункции среди пациентов с БП по данным различных исследований варьирует от 22% до 54%. «Золотым стандартом» коррекции искривления полового члена при БП по настоящее время остаётся хирургическое лечение. Важно отметить, что существующие методы оперативного лечения БП (методики с укорочением или удлинением белочной оболочки) несут в себе риски развития эректильной дисфункции или же усугубления её тяжести. В то же время отсутствие адекватной сексуальной реабилитации после оперативного лечения БП сопряжено со значимым ухудшением функциональных результатов. В связи с вышеизложенным целью данной статьи стала систематизация информации по методам пенильной реабилитации пациентов после хирургического лечения БП, которая показала, что данная проблема остаётся актуальной по настоящий день. Большинство существующих методов пенильной реабилитации в настоящий момент недостаточно изучены, в связи с чем нельзя дать однозначных рекомендаций по поводу использования того или иного метода. Обращает на себя внимание малое количество хорошо спланированных, рандомизированных исследований по данной проблеме, что, вероятнее всего, обусловлено относительной редкостью заболевания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Peyronie's disease (PD) is an acquired disease, which is based on a violation of the wound healing process, which results in the formation of fibrous plaques in the tunica albuginea of the cavernous bodies. The prevalence of erectile dysfunction (ED) among patients with PD ranges from 22% to 54%, according to various studies. Surgical treatment remains the "gold standard" for correcting penile curvature in PD. It is important to note that the existing methods of PD surgery (techniques with shortening or lengthening of the tunica albuginea) carry the risks of developing ED or aggravating its severity. At the same time, the absence of adequate sexual rehabilitation following PD surgery is associated with a significant deterioration in functional outcomes. In view of the above, the article is aimed to systematise information on penile rehabilitation methods in patients following PD surgery, which showed that the problem remains relevant to the present day. Most existing penile rehabilitation methods are currently not sufficiently investigated, and it is therefore impossible to give clear recommendations on the use of any method.
