<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Bladder cancer is the fourth most common cancer worldwide and the eighth leading cause of cancer mortality in men. The advent of new systemic therapies, including PD-1 and PD-L1 inhibitors, and advances in biomarker development have revolutionized the treatment of this disease. The current guidelines of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) support the inclusion of some new therapies in clinical practice. Over the past decade, many approvals for immuno-therapeutic agents have been obtained. Since bladder cancer is characterized by a high frequency of mutations, there has been a widespread introduction of medicines from the group of immune checkpoint inhibitors. All studies from this review were presented at a recent meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and published in reputable journals.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак мочевого пузыря</kwd><kwd>ингибиторы иммунных контрольных точек</kwd><kwd>таргетная терапия</kwd><kwd>химиотерапия</kwd><kwd>конъюгаты антитело-препарат</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>bladder cancer</kwd><kwd>immune checkpoint inhibitors</kwd><kwd>targeted therapy</kwd><kwd>chemotherapy</kwd><kwd>antibody-drug conjugates</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Flaig TW, Spiess PE, Abern M, Agarwal N, Bangs R, Boorjian SA, Buyyounouski MK, Chan K, Chang S, Friedlander T, Greenberg RE, Guru KA, Herr HW, Hoffman-Censits J, Kishan A, Kundu S, Lele SM, Mamtani R, Margulis V, Mian OY, Michalski J, Montgomery JS, Nandagopal L, Pagliaro LC, Parikh M, Patterson A, Plimack ER, Pohar KS, Preston MA, Richards K, Sexton WJ, Siefker-Radtke AO, Tollefson M, Tward J, Wright JL, Dwyer MA, Cassara CJ, Gurski LA.
