Обзор посвящён анализу мирового опыта использования слизистой оболочки ротовой полости при пластике мочеточника по поводу его стриктур доброкачественной этиологии.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Изучение особенностей использования слизистой ротовой полости при реконструкции мочеточника на основе обзора мировой литературы.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Обзор проведён по базам данных PubMed, EMBASE и Российского индекса научного цитирования. На первом этапе было найдено 1013 источников, из них для включения в обзор отобрано 38 статей. Из них в 13 исследованиях применяли открытый доступ, 15 — роботический, 6 — лапароскопический, 3 — лапароскопический и роботический, 1 — открытый и лапароскопический. В 29 исследованиях был использован буккальный графт, в 9 — лингвальный.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В общей сложности уретеропластика с использованием слизистой рта выполнена 308 раз у 306 пациентов: открытая техника — 64 раза, роботическая — 145, лапароскопическая — 99. Буккальный графт использован в 67,9% (209/308) случаев, лингвальный — 32,1% (99/308). Послеоперационные осложнения отмечены в 15,9% (49/308) наблюдений: 12,2% — при открытой технике, 10,4% — при роботической, 20,2% — при лапароскопической. При сроках наблюдения от 1 до 85 месяцев (в среднем — 15,3 месяца) успех лечения достигнут в 92,5% (285/308) случаев: 93,8% — при открытой технике, 88,2% — при роботической, 98,0% — при лапароскопической.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Использование слизистой оболочки ротовой полости при пластике мочеточника по поводу его стриктуры доброкачественной этиологии позволяет добиться высоких показателей эффективности и безопасности. Результаты уретеропластики не зависят от выбора хирургического доступа, типа графта и техники пересадки графта.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The review is aimed at analyzing the worldwide experience in the use of the oral mucosa in ureteroplasty due to benign ureteral strictures.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To study the features of the use of the oral mucosa in ureteral reconstruction based on a review of the worldwide literature.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The review was conducted using the PubMed, EMBASE, and the Russian Science Citation Index database. In the first stage, 1013 sources were found, of which 38 articles were selected for inclusion in the review. Of these, 13 studies used an open approach, 15 — robotic, 6 — laparoscopic, 3 — laparoscopic and robotic, 1 — open and laparoscopic. A buccal graft was used in 29 studies and a lingual graft was used in 9 studies.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In total, oral mucosal ureteroplasty was performed 308 times in 306 patients: open technique — 64 times, robotic — 145 times, laparoscopic — 99 times. With a postoperative follow-up period of 1 to 85 months (average 15.3 months), treatment success was achieved in 92.5% (285/308) of the cases: 93.8% for open technique, 88.2% for robotic, 98.0% for laparoscopic.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The use of the oral mucosa for ureteroplasty due to benign ureteral stricture allows high rates of efficiency and safety.
