На сегодняшний день вопрос о влиянии времени от диагностической биопсии предстательной железы до радикальной простатэктомии на результаты лечения остаётся актуальным.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Оценить влияние интервала времени от постановки диагноза до радикального лечения больных раком предстательной железы (РПЖ) на патоморфологические характеристики опухоли и отдалённые онкологические результаты.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Выполнен ретроспективный анализ результатов лечения пациентов с РПЖ высокого риска, которым в период с 2001 по 2019 годы в трёх лечебных учреждениях г. Санкт-Петербурга проведена радикальная простатэктомия с расширенной лимфаденэктомией, и оценка влияния на отдалённые результаты времени от биопсии предстательной железы до радикального лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Увеличение интервала времени до хирургического лечения свыше 3 месяцев не сказалось на патоморфологических характеристиках опухоли. 5-летняя выживаемость без биохимического рецидива составила 79,7%, 67,8% и 52,5% среди пациентов с временем от биопсии до хирургического лечения меньше 30 суток, 30 – 90 cуток и более 90 суток, соответственно. Время до радикального лечения не оказало влияния на общую и раково-специфическую выживаемость.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Интервал времени от момента выполнения биопсии до проведения хирургического вмешательства, не превышающий 3 месяца, является наиболее благоприятным в отношении отдалённых результатов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. To date, the impact of the time interval from diagnostic prostate biopsy to radical prostatectomy on treatment outcomes remains a topical issue.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To evaluate the effect of the timespan from diagnosis to radical treatment of prostate cancer (PCa) patients on tumor morphology and long-term oncological outcomes.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. A retrospective analysis of the results of treatment of patients with high-risk PCa who underwent radical prostatectomy with extended lymphadenectomy from 2001 to 2019 in three St. Petersburg clinics was performed. The influence of the time interval from prostate biopsy to radical treatment on long-term outcomes was assessed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. An increase in the time interval before surgical treatment over three months did not affect the tumor morphology. Five-year biochemical relapse-free survival was 79.7%, 67.8% and 52.5% among patients with time interval from biopsy to surgical treatment less than 30 days, 30 – 90 days and more than 90 days, respectively. The time interval prior to radical treatment did not have any effect on overall and cancer-specific survival.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
