У 171 больного раком предстательной железы перед радикальной простатэктомией проанализированы частота и характер сексуальных расстройств с помощью шкал МИЭФ и шкалы твердо- сти члена. Эректильная функция оказалась в норме лишь у 73 (42,7%) респондентов, у 96 (57,3%) имелось снижение эрекции различной степени, причем у 74 (43,8%) пациентов наблюдалась эректильная дисфункция тяжелой степени. Подобную тенденцию отметили, изучая твердость эрекции: 86 (54,9%) пациентов имели эрекцию, достаточную для проведения полового акта, причем только 36 (21,1%) не имели нарушения эрекции вовсе. Оргазмическая функция была сохранена у 111 (64,9%) из опрошенных пациентов, причем у 89 (52%) из них находилась на высоком уровне. Уровень эректильной функции зависит от возраста пациента и наличия такой сопутствующей сердечно-сосудистой патологии, как атеросклероз и гипертоническая болезнь. Лишь 50,9% пациентов проявляют высокую заинтересованность в восстановлении эректильной функции после операции.

 

In 171 patients with prostate cancer before radical prostatectomy assessed the frequency and nature of sexual disorders using the IIEF and hardness scale member. Erectile function was normal in only 73 (42,7%) respondents, 96 (57,3%) had reduced erection varying degrees, and in 74 (43,8%) patients had severe erectile dysfunction. A similar trend noted by studying the hardness of erection: 86 (54,9%) patients had an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse, but only 36 (21,1%) had erectile dysfunction at all. Orgasmic function was preserved in 111 (64,9%) of the surveyed patients, and in 89 (52%) of them was high. Level of erectile function depends on the patient's age and the presence of a concomitant cardiovascular disease, such as atherosclerosis and hypertension. Only 50,9% of patients show a high interest in restoring erectile function after surgery.
