Представлен опыт лечения острых заболеваний яичка у 33 детей первого месяца жизни. Проанализированы эффективность диагностики, хирургическая тактика, причины неудовлетворительных результатов и пути их профилактики. Показана необходимость еще более активной хирургической тактики, чем у детей старшего возраста.

Experience in treatment of acute testicular diseases in 33 children in the first months of life. Analyzed the effectiveness of methods of diagnosis, surgical approach, the causes of unsatisfactory results and ways to prevent them. Shows the need for more active surgical approach than in older children.
