В результате настоящего исследования установлено, что дисфункция нижних мочевых путей у пациентов с хроническим пиелонефритом является следствием парасимпатической висцеральной дисфункции с клиническими проявлениями в виде аритмологического синдрома и учащенного необильного мочеиспускания. Применение α1-адреноблокатора Тамсулозина сопровождается более эффективным купированием клинико-лабораторных проявлений заболевания.
