В настоящее время при РЦ наряду с открытым активно используется робот- ассистированный доступ. В данном обзоре проведен анализ основных результатов робот-ассистированной РЦ (РАРЦ), которые сравнены с таковыми после открытой РЦ. Оценены периоперативные показатели, функциональные и онкологические результатов робот-ассистированной и открытой РЦ. Полученные данные показывают, что при робот-ассистированном доступе наблюдается низкий объем кровопотери и процент гемотрансфузии, но высокая стоимость и длительное время операции. Достоверной разницы в дневной и ночной континенции, и качестве жизни больных, а также онкологических результатах между двумя операциями не было. Дальнейшее накопление опыта позволяет улучшить онкологические и функциональные результаты робот-ассистированной РЦ, снизить количество послеоперационных осложнений, в особенности высокой степени по Клавьену.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Radical cystectomy (RC) remains the main method of surgical treatment of patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Currently, in case of radical cystectomy, along with the open, robot-assisted access is actively used. This review presents an analysis of the main results of a robot-assisted RC (RARC), which are compared with those after an open RC. Perioperative parameters, functional and oncological results of robot-assisted and open RC were evaluated. According to the data obtained, it was found that with robot-assisted access there is a low volume of blood loss and a percentage of blood transfusion, but a high cost and a long operation time. In addition, there was no significant difference in the daytime and nighttime continence, and the quality of life of patients, as well as oncologic results between the two procedures.
