Статья представляет собой обзор литературы, посвященный различным малоинвазивным методам лечения стриктур передней уретры: внутренней оптической уретротомии (ВОУТ), лазерной уретротомии, стентированию уретры, дилатации уретры, ВОУТ в сочетании с самодилятацией, ВОУТ в сочетании с введением химических веществ. В обзоре раскрывается вопрос о целесообразности выбора и применения представленных методов лечения, проводится оценка отдаленных послеоперационных результатов, разбор исследований с низкими показателями эффективности. Целью исследования было обобщить имеющиеся научные данные по данной проблеме. Исследование проведено с использованием литературных баз данных Medline, PubMed, Embase.

This review is to evaluate literature concerning different methods of treatment of anterior urethra strictures: internal optical urethrotomy (OIU), laser urethrotomy, urethra stenting, urethra dilatation, OIU in combination with selfdilatation, OIU combined with chemicals injection. Evaluation of expedience, advisability and reasonableness of the chosen methods and techniques. Hereby presented statistical assessment of longtime postoperative data, low efficiency researches analysis. This research is compiled using Medline, PubMed and Embase databases.
