Рассматриваются современные международные и национальные рекомендации, в частности, KDIGO, рекомендации научного общества нефрологов России, ассоциации урологов России, приводятся результаты сравнительного анализа различных методик оценки скорости клубочковой фильтрации. Показано, что в настоящее время расчетные методы оценки скорости клубочковой фильтрации имеют преимущества перед клиренсовыми. Показаны преимущества и недостатки методов расчета скорости клубочковой фильтрации по формулам Cockcroft-Gault и MDRD. Автором перечислены патологические состояния в урологической практике, при которых возникает необходимость в оценке скорости клубочковой фильтрации, приведены номограммы и ссылки на интернет-калькуляторы для быстрого и удобного расчета скорости клубочковой фильтрации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a review of methodological issues of estimation of glomerular filtration rate in urologic practice. Author examine the current international and national recommendations, in particular by KDIGO, the recommendations of the scientific society of nephrologists of Russia, Association of urologists of Russia, the results of comparative analysis of different methods of assessing glomerular filtration rate. It is shown that the currently calculated methods of assessment of glomerular filtration rate have advantages over technique of clearance. The advantages and disadvantages of methods for calculating glomerular filtration rate by the formula of Cockcroft-Gault and MDRD.
