Биопсия является стандартом верификации злокачественного новообразования простаты. Отрицательная первичная биопсия простаты не исключает отсутствие у пациента рака предстательной железы (РПЖ) при дальнейшем наблюдении. В настоящем обзоре рассмотрены различные методики выполнения повторной биопсии и результаты эффективности диагностики клинически значимого РПЖ.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Изучить различные методики повторной биопсии простаты и оценить эффективность диагностики клинически значимого РПЖ.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведён обзор электронных баз данных PubMed, eLibrary с 2000 по 2024 год, чтобы выявить все соответствующие исследования. Электронный поиск был ограничен русским и английским языком, использовали ключевые слова: «повторная биопсия простаты», «клинически значимый рак предстательной железы», «fusion-биопсия».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В настоящее время для выполнения повторной биопсии предстательной железы возможно использование следующих техник: сатурационная биопсия, микро-УЗИ, гистосканирование и fusion-биопсия. Сатурационная биопсия сопряжена с увеличением количества осложнений, гистосканирование не показало высокой эффективности, микро-УЗИ не так распространено и ограничено количеством исследований. Преимущество диагностики клинически значимого РПЖ у пациентов с предыдущим отрицательным гистологическим заключением на сегодняшний день за fusion-биопсией. Особенностью является возможность выбора одной из трёх техник выполнения: аппаратная, когнитивная и in bore.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Наилучшие результаты эффективности диагностики клинически значимых форм РПЖ при повторной биопсии показывает fusion-техника. По данным литературы, различные способы выполнения fusion-биопсии сопоставимы между собой.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Prostate biopsy remains the definitive standard for confirming malignancy in the prostate. However, a negative initial biopsy does not rule out the presence of prostate cancer (PCa) during subsequent follow-up. This review provides an overview of current repeat biopsy techniques and assesses their diagnostic accuracy for clinically significant PCa (csPCa).</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To study various methods of repeated biopsy and evaluate the results of diagnosis of csPCa.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials &amp; Methods</title><p>Materials &amp; Methods. A review of PubMed, eLibrary electronic databases was conducted from 2000 to 2024 to identify all relevant studies. The electronic search was limited to Russian and English, and the keywords used were: repeat prostate biopsy, clinically significant prostate cancer, fusion biopsy.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Currently, the following techniques can be used to perform a repeat prostate biopsy: saturation biopsy, micro-ultrasound, histoscanning and fusion biopsy. Saturation biopsy is associated with an increase in the number of complications, histoscanning has not shown high efficiency, micro-ultrasound is not so common and is limited by the number of studies. The advantage of diagnosing csPCa in patients with a previous negative histological conclusion is currently behind fusion biopsy. One of the advantages is the ability to choose one of three execution techniques: fusion, cognitive and in bore.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Fusion technique shows the best results of the effectiveness of the diagnosis of csPCa with repeated biopsy.
